Description

Add Shibboleth collection to environment automation

Reason

Add a playground to test UniPR Shibboleth functionality (see: https://wiki.asi.unipr.it/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=guide_pubbliche:howto:identity:shibbolethsp_config)

The current requests are mostly used to get user information, useful when setting OIDC integration in third party software

Remarks

One of the steps in the collection requires manual login, documentation could be better...
